A Nuclear Regulatory Commission Atomic Safety and Licensing Board will hear oral arguments, Tuesday, Dec. 4, on a hearing request regarding the subsequent license renewal application for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 near Miami. The Board is composed of members of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, which is an independent body within the NRC that conducts adjudicatory hearings and renders decisions on legal challenges to licensing actions.
